So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it.

Open p02_HP_Schnegge - Rezise 75% - Copy and paste as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - ok - Merge down Group.

Copy frame02_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Rotate Free 12 Left - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections -

Expand to 10 - Copy p04_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Layer under Frame Layer -

Copy p02_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Delete - Selections - None - Layer Properties on Overlay.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy moon_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - above on the Right Corner on the Frame -

Layer perhaps under Tube Layer (depends on Your Tube).

Copy sign_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - put with the Ground on the below Left Corner on the Frame - Layer perhaps under Tube Layer.

Copy leaf02_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on below Right Corner on the Frame - Duplicate - Rotate Free 90 Right - put on the other leaf.

Copy poison_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the leaves - Layer under upper leaf Layer.

Copy flower02_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - put on the leaves.

Copy ribbon04_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Rotate Free 82 Left - below on Your Pic - Layer under leave Layers (or Tube Layer) -

Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit up and to the Right.

Copy skullz_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - below on the Left on the Ground from the sign - Layer under both ribbon Layers.

Copy thorns01_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 70% - on the Right Side on the Frame / Moon - Layer under sign Layer -

erase with the Rubber what is below in the Pic / Frame.

Copy mesh02_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - above on the Left Side on Your Pic - Layer under Mask Layer -

Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy raven_HP_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 12 Right - above on the sign - Layer under sign Layer.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
