I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Summer Breeze" from Foxy

1 Tube, the one i used is

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 85 / 7 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 450 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy Paper2_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - ok - Merge down Group -

move up and to the Left - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertikal.

Copy Element18_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Move a bit down - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 10 -

Copy Paper4_FD and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Element20_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - Layer under BG from Frame Layer - move a bit up and to the Right -

Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 8 - Copy Paper5_FD and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections - None -

Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the first Frame.

Copy Element27_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - above on the Left Corner on both Frames - Layer under BG from Frames Layers -

Layer Properties on Multiplication.

Copy Element21_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Flip Horizontal - below on the Right Side on the Frame - Layer under BG from upper Frame Layer.

Copy Element29_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 50% - below on the Right on the Frame / Doodle.

Copy Element24_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 9 Right - on the Right on the Frame / Envelope - Layer under Envelope Layer.

Copy Element5_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - on the Left on the Envelope / Frame.

Copy Element32_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - below on the Bottle / Envelope.

Copy Element44_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 25% - above on the Bottle - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - put on the Ball of Wool.

Copy Element19_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Right Side on the Bottle - Layer under Flower Layer.

Copy Element4_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 25% - above on the Right on the Bottle - Layer under Bottle Layer.

Copy Element6_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Horizontal and Vertical - above on the Left Side on the Frame -

erase with the Rubber the Stem which is in the Frame.

Copy Element1_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 12% - below on the Left Corner on the Frame / Element6.

Copy Element13_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - above on the Left on Element6 / Frame / Paperflower - Layer under Element6 Layer.

Copy Element8_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Rotate Free 12 Left - above on the Left Side on the Clock - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - Above on the Envelope.

Copy Element17_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flip Horizontal - Above on the Clock / Butterfly - Layer under BG from both Frame Layers.

Copy Element41_FD and paste as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Flip Horizontal - move a bit down - Layer under Clock Layer.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
