The PTU Kit "ColourPop - Blue Bash" Taggersize from

1 Tube, the one i used is

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_P5 and paste as new Layer - Image - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - ok - Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_FrameWrap and paste as new Layer - Rezise 37% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 10 - New Rasterlayer -

Copy CBJ_CPBB_P8 and paste in the Selection - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_PlatFrame and paste as new Layer - Rezise 37% - on the Left Side on the Frame - erase with the Rubber what is in the Frame.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_ClockFace and paste as new Layer - Rezise 30% - above on the Left Corner on the Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Drape and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Left Side on the Frame - Layer under PlatFrame Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Flower2 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 15% - below on the Right Corner on the Frame.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Keys and paste as new Layer - Rezise 15% - Flip Vertical - on the Right Side on the Frame.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_CuteFlower and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - above on the Flower2 - Layer under Flower2 Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Flower1 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 15% - Flip Vertical - on the Left on the Flower2 - Layer under Flower2 Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_HeartPlants and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - Flip Vertical - on the Right Side on the Flowers - Layer under CuteFlower Layer -

erase the Left big Heart with the Rubber.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Bridge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Vertical - below on the Flowers - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Leaves and paste as new Layer - Rezise 40% - above on the Right on Your Pic / Frame - Duplicate -

merge one down visible so You have one Leaves Layer again.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Flutter2 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 15% - Rotate Free 15 Right - above on the Right on the Leaves.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Bottle and paste as new Layer - Rezise 20% - on the Right Side on the Flowers - Layer under HeartPlants Layer.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_FlowerDoodle and paste as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Flip Horizontal - please look my Tag for Placement -

erase with the Rubber what is above the Knot from the Bow of the Frame is.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_PlantString and paste as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 90 Right - below on the Left at / on the Drape / PlantFrame -

Layer under PlantFrame Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - put above on the Drape.

Copy CBJ_CPBB_Sparkles and paste as new Layer.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
