Hope You understand the Tut, my English isn't soooo good!

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to  sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 1 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new Image 550 x 500 Pixel, 72 dpi - fill with White - Open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy paper6 and paste as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask316 - ok - Merge down Group - move a bit up and to the Right - Duplicate -

Flip Vertical - merge one down visible so You have one Layer - Duplicate.

Copy frame3 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 70% - Click with the Magic Wand in both Frames - Selections - Expand to 15 -

Open paper2 - Image - Rezise 55% - Copy and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer -

Duplicate - put the Layer Properties from the upper Layer on Multiplication.

Copy Your Tubes and paste as new Layer - put in the Frames.

Copy splat1 and paste as new Layer - put on the upper Left Side - Layer under upper BG Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical and Horizontal.

Copy tassle2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - put below on the Left Corner on the Frames.

Copy champagne and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - put on the tassle.

Copy star4 and paste as new Layer.

Copy star3 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 90% - a bit down and to the Left so it's on the star4 - Duplicate - merge all 3 stars Layer together -

Image - Rezise 75% - Rotate Free 15 Let - put on champagne - Layer under tassle Layer.

Copy wa3 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 10 Right - put on the tassle - Layer under the tassle Layer.

Copy mesh1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - on the Right Side on the Frames.

Copy mesh2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - put on mesh1 - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

Copy clock1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - below on the End from the mesh.

Copy branch and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 10 Right - put on the clock / mesh - Layer under clock Layer.

Copy ball2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - below on the Left Side on / at the tassle - Layer under tassle Layer.

Copy ball1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - on the upper Left Corner on the Frames - Layer under all BG Layers.

Copy accent3 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 37% - Rotate Free 10 Right - on the clock - Layer Properties on Overlay.

Copy wa2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 10 Left - below on the Left Frame.

Copy star1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 70% - Rotate Free 10 Left - put on ball1 - Layer under all BG Layers -

Layer Properties on Screen - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

Copy rose1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - on upper Left Corner from the Frame.

Copy accent1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 70% - Rotate Free 90 Right - put above on the Left Side - Layer under ball1 Layer -

Layer Properties on Dodge - Duplicate 2 Times - on the Upper - Flip Horizontal and Vertical - Layer Properties on Normal.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

When You want the Tag without Animation You can save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

When You want with Animation we do this:

Activate the splat1 Layer - merge down visible with the other splat Layer - duplicate 2 Times, so You have 3 Layers.

Activate the ball2 Layer - duplicate 2 Times, so You have 3 Layers.

The following Steps we do on the splat and ball Layers:

Activate the first Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow with the following Settings:

Diagonal: 50 - Center: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Diagonal: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Vertical: 50 - Intensity: 30 - Lightness: 128

Activate the 2nd Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow with the following Settings:

Diagonal: 50 - Center: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Diagonal: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Vertical: 50 - Intensity: 65 - Lightness: 128

Close the Eye of the Layer (Hide the Layer).

Activate the 3rd Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow with the following Settings:

Diagonal: 50 - Center: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Diagonal: 50 - Horizontal: 50 - Vertical: 50 - Intensity: 100 - Lightness: 128

Close the Eye of the Layer (Hide the Layer).

Rightclick on the Frame from Your Pic - Copy all Layers - Open Your AniShop (AS) - Paste as new Animation.

Back to PSP - Hide the first Layer and make the 2nd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.

Back to PSP - Hide the 2nd Layer and make the 3rd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.

Activate all Single - Pics - put the Singlepicproperties to 20 or use Your own.

Save as GIF and you are finished with the Tag!
