I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Digital Chaos" from Dark Yarrow,

which is Part from the Digital Chaos Collab

So let us begin ;)

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent, 72 dpi - fill with White - Open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy Paper03 and paste as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask220 - Merge down Group - Duplicate- Flip Horizontal.

Copy Frame03 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Rotate Free 6 Left.

Copy Notepaper and paste as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy Doodle and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - below on the Left on the Frame - Layer under Notepaper Layer - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy Clock and paste as new Layer - put above on the Left on the Frame - Layer under Doodle Layers.

Copy Ribbon03 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 50% - below on the Frame.

Copy Heart and paste as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Rotate Free 6 Right - below on the Left on the Ribbon.

Copy Clip & String02 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - put on the Ribbon - Layer under Heart Layer.

Copy Vines and paste as new Layer - Rezise 80% - below on the Heart / String and so - Layer under Heart Layer.

Copy Flower02 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 15 Right - on the Right Side on the Frame (so that the Flower is in the Middle) -

Layer under Ribbon Layer - Duplicate - Rezise 55% - on the Right Side on / at the first Flower.

Copy Flower06 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 50% - above on the Right on the Ribbon - Layer under String Layer.

Copy PaperClip and paste as new Layer - Rezise 85% - Flip Vertical - above on the Left on the Heart.

Copy Stitches and paste as new Layer - put on the Clock - Layer under Doodle Layer - Layer Properties on Overlay.

Copy Beads and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - above on the Right Side on Your Pic - erase with the Rubber what You don't like.

Copy Glitter01 and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - below on Your Pic - Layer under Beads Layer.

Copy Sparkles and paste as new Layer - decorate Your Pic with it.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
