I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Green Star" from Me

The Tube I used is

And You can only use the Tube with a License Number

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to  sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 4 / Black

Open a new Image 500 x 400 Pixel, 72 dpi - fill with White.

Copy Frame01_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 65% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame -

Selections - Expand to 10 - Copy p14_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections -

None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Flower09_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 45 Left - below on the Left on the Frame - Duplicate -

Flip Vertical and Horizontal - erase with the Rubber the blue Flowers in the Frame.

Copy Frame02_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Flip Horizontal - on the Right Side on the Frame -

Layer under both Flower09 Layers - erase what is in the Frame.

Copy Leaf01_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - below on the Left on Frame02 / at Flower09.

Copy RibbonPuddle_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - below on the Left on Flower09 - Layer under both Flower09 Layers -

Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy Heart07_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on above Left Corner from Frame - Duplicate -

Layer under Frame Layer (not BG) - activate the upper Layer - erase the upper Right Part on the Frame.

Copy PhotoClip02_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - on the Left Side on the Frame - Layer under Flower09 Layer.

Copy Star01_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 30% - below on the Right Side on Frame02 - Layer under Frame02 Layer.

Copy Flower07_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - below on the Left Side on the RibbonPuddle - Duplicate - Flip Vertical -

above on the Right on the RibbonPuddle.

Copy Butterfly03_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 10 Right - below on the Left on the Doodle from Flower09 -

Duplicate - Flip Vertical - on the Left on the Frame / PhotoClip - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move up and to the Left (see my Tag).

Copy Glitter01_GreenStar_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 60% - put the Splat on the upper Left Corner from the Frame -

Layer under BG from Frame Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical and Horizontal.

Activate the Frame Layer - Duplicate - Layer under both Glitter Layers - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 15 - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication -

use again the Gaussian Blur with 15 on it.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
