I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

1 Tube, the one i used is

The AniShop and my Circle ~HERE~

So let us begin ;)

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

Open a new image 600 x 250 Pixel, transparent - fill with White.

Pick 2 Colours from Your Tube (mine are Foreground: #6b141b and Background: #59565f ) - put Your Foreground on Gradient (Linear - 0 - 0 - Invert) -

New Rasterlayer - Fill with Your Gradient.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - Flip Vertical und put it on the Right Side - Effects - Textureeffects -

Antique Mosaic with this Settings 90 / 90 / Symmetric / 0% / 2 / 30% - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - merge one down visible so You have one Mosaic Layer -

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind with this Settings Right - 100 - apply again the Mosaic Effect - Layer Properties on Soft Light - Duplicate.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Middle - Duplicate - on below Layer - Adjust - Blur -

Radial Blur with this Settings Twirl / 50% / 25 / Elliptical / 25% / - 5% / 25% (Sorry the Screenshot is from the German PSP)

Layer Properties on Multiplication - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

Activate the upper Tube Layer - Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 15 / Black / Shadow on new Layer checked - Duplicate the Shadow Layer.

Activate the upper Mosaic Layer - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Normal - Effects - Alienskin Xenofex 2 -

Constellation with this Settings 2 / 100 / 28 / 2 / 100 / 100% / 45° / Make Selection Transparent / Random 1

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Crop Your Image (600 x 250 Pixel).

Activate the Gradient Layer - Duplicate - Move the Layer to the Top - Effects - AAA Frames - Foto Frame (Standartsettings, just put at the Top Width on 10)

Selections - All - Selections - Contract 11 - Delete - Selections - None - Add same Drop Shadow as before - Crop Image again.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

When You want the Tag without Animation You can save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

When You want with Animation we do this:

Rightclick on the Border from Your Tag - Copy all Layer - Open AniShop and paste as new Animation - Duplicate the Singlepic 2 Times so You have 3 Singlepics.

Open my Circle in AniShop - Select all - Copy and paste on Your Tag in the choosed Singlepic (sorry don´t know what it really named in English)

and place where You want (When You want more than one Circle just paste it again).

Put the Singlepicproperties to 14 or use Your own.

Save as GIF and you are finished with the Tag!
