but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Tainted Romance" from Broken Angel Creations

1 Tube, the one i used is

and You can use the Tube only with a Licensenumber

Hope You understand the Tut, my English isn't soooo good!

So let us begin ;)

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it - Selections - All - New Rasterlayer -

Copy Paper05_BAC_TR and paste in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask241 - ok - Merge down Group - Duplicate.

Copy Frame01_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 6 - New Rasterlayer -

Copy Paper12_BAC_TR and paste in the Selection - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy Bow02_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Rotate Free 15 Right - below on the Left on / at the Frame.

Copy Mask02_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - on the Left Side on the Frame - Layer under Bow Layer.

Copy Feather_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 50% - above on the Mask - Layer under BG from Frame Layer - Duplicate - Rotate Free 90 Right -

Below on the Right Side from the Frame.

Copy Flower01_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - put on the Cross from the Bow - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

Copy BrokenGlass_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Right Side on the Ribbon from the Frame -

Layer perhaps under the Tube Layer (depends on Your Tube).

Copy RibbonHeart_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 40% - put with the Heart below on the Right Side on the BrokenGlass - Layer perhaps under Tube Layer.

Copy Heart03_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 10 Right - put on the String from RibbonHeart.

Copy Crow_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 40% - above on the Ribbon from the Frame.

Copy Thorns01_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flip Vertical - on the Left Side on Your Tag - Layer under BG from Frame Layer -

Layer Properties on Overlay - Duplicate - Rotate Free 90 Left - move a bit up.

Copy Sparkles_BAC_TR and paste as new Layer - decorate Your Tag with them as You want.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
