let us begin ;) At first two things: After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don´t need to write it all time ;) But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;) At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don´t write it in the Tut, so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;) I used this Drop Shadow -1 / 2 / 100 / 4 / Black Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, fill with White and open the Mask (which you can minimize) Copy the Paper p16_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Layer - new Masklayer from Image - Vix_Mask258 - ok and Merge Group - Duplicate. Copy Frame02_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize 85% - Rotate Free - 90 Left - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 8 - Copy the Paper p11_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - put the Layer under the Frame - Layer - Hold the Selection - Copy the Paper p12_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Delete - Selections - None - Put the Layer under the Frame - Layer - put the Layer Properties on Hard Light. Copy Glitter01_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize 85% - put it at the Top on the Left Side - put the Layer under the Frame and both BG's from Frame - Layers - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical. Copy Leave01_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 80% - Rotate Free - 90 Left - put it below on the Left Side on the Frame - put the Layer under the Frame and both BG's from Frame - Layers - Duplicate - Flip Vertical. Copy your Tube and paste as new Layer - put it in the Frame. Copy Bow04_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 55% - put it below on the Frame. Copy Flower10_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rotate Free - 90 Right - put it below on the Left Side on the End of the Bow - put the Layer under the Bow - Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical. Copy Flower02_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 55% - put it on the Left Side on the Flower10 - Duplicate - Flip Vertical. Copy Moon_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 45% - put it on the upper Left Side on the Frame - put the Layer under Your Tube - Layer - Duplicate - Merge one down visible. Copy String01_Stargazer_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 50% - put it on the right Side on the Frame - put the Layer under the Tube - Layer. Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it. (Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one). When You want the Tag without Animation You can save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag. When You want with Animation we do this: Activate the upper Mask - Layer - Duplicate 2 Times, so You have 3 Layers. Close the Eyes of the Duplicated Layers (Hide the Layers) - Activate the first Layer - Effects - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the following Settings
Activate the 2nd Layer - Effects - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the same Settings, just click 1 Time on Random, do the same with the 3rd Layer. Rightclick on the Frame from Your Pic - Copy all Layers - Open Your AniShop (AS) - Paste as new Animation. Back to PSP - Hide the first Layer and make the 2nd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic. Back to PSP - Hide the 2nd Layer and make the 3rd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic. Activate all Single - Pics - put the Singlepicproperties to 18 or use Your own. Save as GIF and you are finished with the Tag! ************************************* I
