Fairy Dust

this Tut using PSP XI , but I think it can be made with another Versions too. ************************************* You'll

let us begin ;) At first two things: After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;) But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;) At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut, so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;) I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 75 / 8 / Black Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent, 72 dpi - fill with White - Open the Mask and minimize it. Copy Paper10 and paste as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask241 - Merge down Group - Duplicate. Copy Frame04 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 60% - move in the Middle - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 8 - Open Paper07 - Image - Rezise 50% - Copy and paste as new Layer - Invert the selection - Delete - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Layer Properties on Multiplication. Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame. Copy Star and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 65% - Rotate Free 12 Left - on the Left Side on the Frame (perhaps under Tube Layer, depends on Your Tube). Copy Flower09 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - on below Left Corner from Frame. Copy Flower02 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - put on Flower09. Copy Gem01 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - put on Flower02. Copy Bling01 and paste as new Layer - Layer under BG's from Frame Layer. Copy Dragonfly01 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 15 Right - on the Right below Ribbon from Frame. Copy Flowerclip02 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on below Right Corner from Frame - Layer under Bling Layer - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical. Copy Button03 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - above on the Left on the Frame / Star - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit down. Copy Butterfly02 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 30% - above on the Left on Your Pic. Copy FairyDust and paste as new Layer - Decorate Your Pic with it as You like. Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it (Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one). Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag! ************************************* I
