I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Emo Is Evil" from Foxy

1 Tube, the one i used is

So let us begin ;)

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it - Selections - All - New Rasterlayer -

Copy Paper10_FD and paste in the Selection - Selections - None - Image - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask363 - ok - Merge down Group.

Copy Element27_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 8 - New Rasterlayer -

Copy Paper4_FD and paste as in the Selection - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Element18_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - below in the Middle on the Frame.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy Element16_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - above on the Left Side on the Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer -

Layer Properties on Overlay - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy Element2_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 10% - Rotate Free 10 Right - above on the Right Side on Element18 / Frame - Layer under Element18Layer.

Copy Element17_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - above on the Left Side on Element18 / Frame - Layer under Element18Layer.

Copy Element10_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 12% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on the Left Side on the Element17 - Layer under Element18Layer.

Copy Element3_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 12% - below in the Middle with the Chain on Element18 - Layer under Element18Layer.

Copy Element7_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on the Left Side on the Heart / Frame - Layer under Heart Layer.

Copy Element20_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - Flip Horizontal - Rotate Free 25 Right -

below on the Left Side on Your Pic - Layer under Element18Layer.

Copy Element36_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - below on the Left on the Leaf from Element18 / String from Element7.

Copy Element21_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 12% - on the Right Side on the End from Element18 - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

Copy Element19_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 4% - Rotate Free 10 Right - above on the Right on Your Pic.

Copy Element38_FD and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 10 Right - below on the Butterfly - Layer under Butterfly Layer.

Copy Element40_FD and paste as new Layer - decorate Your Pic as You like with it.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
