I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You'll need for this Tut:

The PTU Kit "Days Gone By" from CBJ

1 Tube, the one i used is

So let us begin ;)

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White - open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy Paper9 and paste as new Layer - Image - New Masklayer from Image - yezmask068 - ok - Merge down Group - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy FlowerFrame and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 5 Left -

Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 10 - Copy Paper12 and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selection -

Delete - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy Book2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - on below Left Corner from the Frame.

Copy Old Key and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 10 Right - below on the Right Side on the Flower from the Frame -

Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

Copy Cameo and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Flip Vertical - Rotate Free 10 Right - above on the Left on the Book - Layer under Book Layer.

Copy Charm and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 12 Left - put on the above Left Corner from the Frame - Duplicate -

Layer under Frame Layer - activate the upper Layer - erase with the Rubber what is below on the Left Side on the Frame.

Copy Watch and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 32% - Rotate Free 12 Right - on the Right Side on the Book - Duplicate -

Layer under Frame Layer - activate the upper Layer - erase the upper Part with the Ring.

Copy Gem4 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 10 Right - above on the Cameo / Frame.

Copy Vintage Postcards and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 7 Right - on the Right Side on the Watch - Layer under Key Layer.

Copy Pearl Necklace and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 20% - below on the Book / Watch and so - Layer under upper Watch Layer.

Copy Flower3 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 35% - put on the Left End from the Necklace - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

Copy Glass Dragonfly and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - on below Right Corner from the Frame.

Copy Cameo Pin and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 18 Left - on the Left Side on the Frame / Gem4 - Layer under Gem4 Layer.

Copy Sparkle Flutter and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 18 Right - above on the Right Side on Your Pic.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
