So let us begin ;)

At first two things:

After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent, 72 dpi - fill with White - Open the Mask and minimize - Selections - All - New Rasterlayer -

Copy CBJ_Dark vs LightPaper10 and paste in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask117 - Merge down Group.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Fr1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 70% - Rotate Free 95 Left - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 10 -

Open CBJ_Dark vs LightPaper4 - Image - Rezise 45% - Copy and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selections - Delete - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light IvyFrame and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - on the Left Side on the Frame - Duplicate - Layer under Frame Layer -

activate the upper Layer - erase with the Rubber what You want.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Drops and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Flip Horizontal - Layer under BG from Frame Layer - Duplicate.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light WhtFlow and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - below on the Right Side on the Frame - Layer under upper IvyFrame Layer.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light FlowerChm and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Flip Horizontal - on below Right Corner on the Frame / IvyFrame.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Clock and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - above on the Right Side on the Frame - Layer under drops Layer.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Orchids and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 17% - Flip Vertical - above on the Left Side on the Frame / IvyFrame -

Layer under upper IvyFrame Layer.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Chm and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 15 Right - on above Right Corner from the Frame -

Layer under upper IvyFrame Layer.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light HrtRib and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 17% - Rotate Free 10 Right - on below Left Corner from the Frame - Duplicate -

Layer under upper IvyFrame Layer - activate the upper Layer - erase what You want.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs LightTinyFlo2 and paste as new Layer - put on the Ribbon from the HrtRib - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - above on the Right Side on the IvyFrame.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Tiny Bow2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 20% - below near the Middle on the IvyFrame.

Copy CBJ_Dark vs Light Flowers and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - Flip Horizontal - Layer under Clock Layer.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
