Believe in Fairies

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to  sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 75 / 9 / Black

Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent, 72 dpi - fill with White - Open the Mask and minimize it.

Copy Paper2 and paste as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask133 - Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

Copy Feather Frame and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 44% - Rotate Free 10 Left - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 20 -

Copy Paper7 and paste as new Layer - Invert the Selections - Delete - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer.

Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame.

Copy Stapled Flower and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Flip Horizontal - Rotate Free 45 Left -

on below Right Corner from Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

Copy Flower Doodle and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 45 Left - on the Right Side on Frame / Stapled Flower - Duplicate -

Layer under Stapled Flower Layer - on below Layer - erase with the Rubber what is on the Stapled Flower.

Copy Believe and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - on the Left Side on the Frame.

Copy Fairies and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 10 Right - below on the Right Side on the Frame.

Copy Fairy Dust Hanger2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 30% - above on the Right Corner on the Frame / Doodle.

Copy Bud2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 45% - on the Left Side on the Frame / Believe - Layer under Believe Layer.

Copy Lace Bow2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - Flip Vertical - on above Left Corner from Frame / Believe - Layer under Believe Layer.

Copy HollyHock Flowers and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 40% - on the Right Side on the Stapled Flower / Doodle - Duplicate -

Layer under Stapled Flower Layer - on above Layer - erase what is on the Stapled Flower.

Copy Beautiful Flower and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 25% - on below Left Corner on the Frame - Layer under Fairies Layer.

Copy Beautiful Flower2 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 17% - put on the Beautiful Flower - Layer under Fairies Layer.

Copy Blossom and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 90 Right - below on the Frame and so - Layer under Beautiful Flower Layer -

Duplicate - Layer above Fairies Layer - erase what You want.

Copy Bling Flowers and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 70% - below on the Right Side on Your Pic - Layer under Doodle Layer - Duplicate -

Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

Copy Beautiful Butterfly1 and paste as new Layer - Image - Rezise 20% - Rotate Free 15 Right - on the Right Side on the Top of the Feather from the Frame -

Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit down.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
